All surfaces, towels, bedlinen, bath amenities and kitchen’s equipment have been property sanitised and handled with disposal gloves. All our personnel has been trained according to the COVID19 Sanification Standards and continuously monitored.
2- VIRTUAL CHECKIN: You can have free access to the apartment just using your smartphone without keys’ handover and personal interactions with the Reception personnel. Do the online check-in before arrival and get your Access Code to access the property. You will not need to handle physical key.
3- PROTECT YOU AND THE OTHERS: Urban District Apartments will provide as courtesy, an Hand Sanitiser Gel, so to protect you and the others. Prevention suggestions will be available at the property.
4- SUPPORT and ASSISTANCE: In case of need of support our Reception Office and Service Team will be available to assist you on site or by phone.
