Azalo Country House è il luogo ideale per il tuo soggiorno a Noto ed capitale del barocco siciliano.
Offriamo case autentiche ed affascinanti in un ambiente naturale ed immerso nella tranquillità della campagna netina, tutto ad 1 Km da Noto.

Villa I Gelsi è la nostra villa, il nostro gioiello insieme ai nostri cottages. La Villa è composta da 2 camere matrimoniali con bagni ensuite, doccia e bidet.
Dispone di una cucina privata completamente attrezzata con tavolo da pranzo ed un soggiorno con ampi divani.
Possibilità di affittare una terza camera separata (Suite Limone) come dependance, bagno in camera, per un totale di 6 persone.

La Villa è stato arredata con mobili in stile e naturali, dotata di una potente aria condizionata nelle camere e nella zona giorno in modo da garantire un comfort nelle calde notti estive, TV satellitare e wifi ad alta velocità completano le comodità.
Le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere.

L'area esterna è composta da una terrazza privata per la colazione da cui si gode il panorama sulle circostanti colline.

Una grande piscina in comune con solarium e zone relax completano la fantastica esperienza Azalo Country House.

Ci troviamo solo ad 1 km da Noto, Sicilia ed a 6 km dalle spiagge della Riserva Naturale di Vendicari: Eloro, Marianelli, Calamosche, Vendicari.

Villa privata con: Check-in/Accesso possibile dalle 16:00, pagamento con carta di credito online prima dell'arrivo, pulizia di fine soggiorno, asciugamani, biancheria da letto, prodotti da bagno, check-out max. alle 10:00am, assistenza locale (lunedì-venerdì / 10-19). Solo Adulti (+18 anni).

Standard Check IN is from 15:00 to 20:00.
Late Check IN (from 20:00 to 22:00) has an extra charge of 40 Euros.
Early Check-In (starting from 12:30pm, if available and agreed in advance) - 30 Euros

Standard Check OUT is max at 10:30 am.
- Late Check Out (max. at 12:30pm) has a Charge of 50 Euros (to be agreed and confirmed in advance, min. 1 day before)
- Late Check Out (after 12:30pm) has a Charge of 1 extra night (to be agreed and confirmed in advance, min. 1 day before)

Security Deposit is only taken as Credit Card Pre-authorization before arrival, therefor is not charged on bank account unless there are proven damages or bad behaviors (party, noise, ...)

  • BE CAREFUL WHEN USING ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. European voltage is 220V. Please take extra care when using foreign equipments to avoid fire risk. Check how the electrical system works before using it .
  • RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Do not leave air conditioning ON when windows are open.
  • RESPECT THE ENVIRONMENT. Please switch off the lights and air conditioning on leaving the apartment.
  • RESPECT THE PROPERTY. It is prohibited any act of vandalism to the property, its content, outdoor stuff and surrounding properties.
  • RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. Noise must be kept to a minimum level after 10:00pm.
  • RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOURS. We consider the rest and respect of neighbors very important. Any violation of the above rules, such as party or noise..., might imply the request of leaving immediately the property without any reimbursement.
  • USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. Personal guest's information will be stored and safely managed by the Property Manager according to the rules and laws in use in the Country where the property is located.

  • USE OF THE PROPERTY. It is not permitted to use the apartment for any other purposes except as a vacation rental, serviced apartment or corporate housing, within the terms of the reservation made.

  • PROPERTY ACCESS. Access to the property is limited to the people included in the reservation and registered at the check-in.
  • NOT ALLOWED, CHILDRENS BELOW 6 YEARS.
  • BEHAVE SAFELY. Guests shall act safely within the property. The Property Owner or Property Manager will not be responsible for any kind of damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of misuse or unsafe behaving of the Guest.
  • DAMAGES. In case of any damage caused to the apartment or to its contents, please inform the property manager. The customer will be responsible for proven damage and charged accordingly.
  • LEAVE IT IN GOOD CONDITIONS. You are staying in a Self Catering apartment. At the end of your stay the apartment must be left organized and in a good state. Fine might be applied and taken from your Security Deposit if this would not happen.
  • LOSS OF KEYS. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will be charged to the client.
